Processing Time
As each item is hand made by me, please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your items. I will contact you if I am not able to meet that deadline.
Order Processing
New orders are processed each Friday. So for example, if you order a sweatshirt on a Monday, I will order the blank apparel items Friday and then add the image the following week after it arrives and then ship out to you wherever you are.
Washing Instructions
DTF and screen prints are not dryer friendly- please line dry for best care.
Wash inside out and on cold.
Valley Threads is not reliable for any garments that do not follow the washing instructions.
Have your own apparel already or need a design created?
You’re welcome to provide your own apparel items for customization; however, pressing fees will still apply. Please note that while every effort is made to handle items with care, customers are responsible for any replacement costs associated with items they provide, as unforeseen issues can occasionally occur during the customization process.
Have an idea you’d like brought to life? I’d love to help create it for you. Custom design services are available for a $50 design fee, which includes up to two draft revisions if changes are needed.
